Mill Road Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 750ml American Bourbon plum and cherry fruit charactersMill Road Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 750ml This wine is from Chardonnay grapes grown in our Kinross and Riverview vineyards in Hawkes Bay. The grapes for this wine were harvested and transported to our Riverview winery. The fruit was pressed into stainless steel tanks. A combination of tank and barrel ferments using a range of yeast strains including PDM, VL1 and Maurivin Fusion. Following fermentation the wine was inoculated for malolactic fermentation.
