AMPK alpha 1 Polyclonal Antibody, 50ul[BT-AP14207] Peptide Synthesis The encoded protein functions as

The encoded protein functions as a receptor for ubiquitin-coated bacteria and plays an important role in innate immunity by mediating macroautophagy

This gene belongs to the nucleoporin gene family and encodes a 186 kDa precursor protein that undergoes autoproteolytic cleavage to generate a 98 kDa nucleoporin and 96 kDa nucleoporin

Increased enzymatic activity causes hyperfibrinolysis

It is an essential component of the high affinity receptor for the general membrane fusion machinery and is an important regulator of transport vesicle docking and fusion

This gene encodes a member of the phospholipase C family| which catalyze the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4|5-bisphosphate to generate the second messengers diacylglycerol and inositol 1|4|5-trisphosphate (IP3)

AMPK alpha 1 Polyclonal Antibody, 50ul[BT-AP14207] Peptide Synthesis The encoded protein functions asThe protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ser thr protein kinase family. It is the catalytic subunit of the 5' prime AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK). AMPK is a cellular energy sensor conserved in all eukaryotic cells. The kinase activity of AMPK is activated by the stimuli that increase the cellular AMP ATP ratio. AMPK regulates the activities of a number of key metabolic enzymes through phosphorylation. It protects cells from stresses that
