This highly regarded firm was active in the early 1900s, perhaps even in the 1800s. The spoons are done in an elegant threaded pattern with ribbon decoration around the handles. I see this pattern produced by many of the finer French and European makers. The spoons are hallmarked on the bowls with the Mercury
