It is a two part rotational device that can be used to fasten one enclosure to another to fasten an enclosure to the CMKIT Ceiling Mount Kit or to fasten to a yoke bracket permitting one loudspeaker to be angled in relation to another in two axes. The VB TILT can be used with all full range VERIS enclosures.
