They were hand made in in various vacation spots around the world during the late sixties to early seventies and were the epitome of vacation chic

Sleeves: 30" but meant to be pushed up

The skirt has a second layer of silk organza under it to help hold the shape and volume

snd then snaps and hooks into place under the bow so that all the closures are hidden and there is nothing to break the line
