This is a gorgeous example of his work for the label and I am very pleased to have it in the shop

The top is a fitted corset that has curving sides and pretty pearl and rhinestone buttons that run down the front

It was in the late 1960s that Bohan was doing these wonderful metallic detailed dresses for Dior and the results were stupendous

I do see light fading across the top of the shoulders and some minor marks on it here and there

It was made under the creative direction of Alexander McQueen. The dress is made from a red bias cut silk and you can see the inspiration that the cut and fabric draws from the thirties and forties in its cut.
