This is a cream lace 'teddy' or camiknickers which dates to around the 1980s by the 'Presence' label

The metal heart features an embossed pattern around the outside with the inside being plain. It has a pin to the back with a roll safety clatch. Overall it is a quality piece in excellent condition.
