Gorgeous Spring 2006 Christian Dior by John Galliano Bright Floral Print Silk Chiffon Dress Couture Runway Rare Hand applied to the front

Hand applied to the front is a fantastic found hand beaded piece and embroidered fragment from the twenties

Skirt: 29'' from waist to bottom hem

circles around the shoulder and then trails all the way to the hem at the back

Its a classic black and white boucle and I love how the weave has been worked so that the white bits form little "Xs"

I think it might be better then the runway pic on a modern body

Gorgeous Spring 2006 Christian Dior by John Galliano Bright Floral Print Silk Chiffon Dress Couture Runway Rare Hand applied to the frontDuring John Galliano's years from 1996 2011 at the house of Christian Dior he arguably produced some of the most amazing bias cut and chiffon dresses in the house's history. His work often has a feeling of the decadence and abandonment of the twenties and thirties with their beautiful cuts. This dress is from the Spring 2006 collection and is so very pretty with its beautiful floral print. This is a stunning Dior dress and it is even better in person
